Healthcare currently amounts to 20% of government spending and in 20 years, at this rate it is expected to reach 40%....Offcourse this is deemed by all as unsustainable…
So where the heck do we start to rollout mHealth, back in 2006 we started with GP practices and clinicians. Proved that the system improves access to primary care services & scaled it to PHO's for regional roll outs. Once proven at a regional PHO Level, the system was adopted by secondary care hospitals and regions We found that we had to develop a business case for everyone in the health eco system to buy into the system for successful rollouts. Business case draw for each bubble in the eco system. IF ITS NOT EASY FOR CLINICANS: IT WONT BE USED! Simple as that!!!
