My present responsibilities are to manage; triage and troubleshooting for the underground utilities from
the central utility plant to the first disconnect within all of the MIT buildings. These utilities include high-
pressure steam, chilled water, campus compressed air, demineralized water systems, and emergency power
generation. Other duties consist of the utility capital projects keeping up with never ending campus
expansion. I am also the campus contact for all compliance issues involving the MWRA Sewer Discharge
Permit and other Wastewater Management Issues.
Leading project to redesign Department of Facilities Design Guidelines, Phase I complete.
Provide civil and structural engineering expertise to projects as needed

Design Install and Startup of Building De-mineralized Water Systems

Buildings E17, E18 & E19 chilled water interconnect:
Project Manager - Installed a new chilled water pumping system servicing buildings E17, E18
and E19. This work included the installation of phased piping to keep the chilled water services
running during construction.

Abatement of asbestos form a 500 linear foot steam tunnel:
