1. Giriş Açıklamaları Introductory remarks

Müzeye yapılacak kritik saldırı riskini değerlendirme konusunda belirlenen aşağıdaki anket soruları, burada belirtilen yol gösterici çizgiler esas
alınarak geliştirilmiştir.
The following questionnaire of evaluation of the risk of criminal attacks to museum was developed according to these guide lines.

1. Anket soru formu, sadece çalınma riski ve kurum içinde yapılan onarım çalışmalarına ilişkindir The questionnaire is applicable only to the
risk of theft and refers to works on display, works in storage and works in restoration, within the institution.
2. Açık alanlarda sergilenen eserler yanında geçici sergilenmekte olan eserler de hariç tutulmuştur.
Works exhibited open areas are explicitly excluded, as well as temporary exhibitions.
3. Lütfen, bu anket soru formunun ileride kapsam olarak genişletilebileceğini buna göre, hırsızlık riski, kazarak zarar görme, sanat eserlerini

compiled by an expert, and not by the institution manager
6. Değerlendirme ölçeği, Likert’in dört seviyesinden biri olmalı, her soruya dinamik veya ağırlıklı notların uygulanması sağlanmalıdır.
The evaluation scale must be a Likert one, of four levels, with a dynamic or weighted score, applied to every question.
7. Bir değer yüzdesine erişebilmek için, mümkün en yüksek değer ve tatmin durumu daha noksan olan, daha az tatmin yaratanlara karşılık
gelen 100 teorik karşılık esas alınarak, her bölümü ilave bir ağırlık katsayısı uygulanacaktır.
A further weighted coefficient will be applied to every chapter, so that a value percentage is reached , in which 100 theoretically
corresponds to the highest possible value, and lesser values correspond to conditions that are less satisfactory.
8. Mümkün olan durumlarda,belirli bir alan soruşturması bakından uygulanır halde bulunan, yürürlükteki İtalyan veya Avrupa standartlarına
belirli bir atıf yapılmaktadır.
Whenever possible, a specific reference is made to the application of Italian or European standards, applicable to the specific area under
investigation
9. Mümkün olan durumlarda, daha sonra gelenlerin hepsini geçiniz demeye imkan verecek şekilde, olumsuz cevap verilmesi halinde, bazı

may reflect negatively on the overall score.

2. MUAYENE FAALİYETLERİNİN GELİŞTİRİLMESİ KONUSUNDA KISA REHBER BİLGİLER A short guide
to the development of inspection activities
Bu notta yer verilenler,muayene faaliyetleri ve risk değerlendirme çalışması olarak, onlarca yıl alan bir zaman d ilimi içinde kazınılan deneyimlere dayanmaktadır.
Burada belirtilenler dünyanın çeşitli yerlerindeki uzman deneyimlerinden çıkartılmış ve muhtemelen incelenen durama ilişkin inanılabilir ve doğru bir değerlendirme
yapılmasına imkan verebilecektir.
Sektördeki muayene faaliyetini gerçekleştiren kişinin, sadece teknik bakış açısından değil aynı zamanda organizasyon ve psikolojik özelliklere dayalı olarak da bir hazırlığı yok
ise, muayene sonuçlarını doğru bir şekilde yansıtmamama ihtimali vardır.
Bu sebeple , giriş şeklinde, muayene faaliyetlerinin azami miktarda gerçek bilginin,mülakata tabi tutulan kişilerde stres yaratacak durumlar ortaya çıkartmadan toplanması
amacıyla geliştirilmesinin gerekeceği konusunda, bu rehber için özet bir kısım yazdım .

The indications in this note derive from decades of experience in the carrying out of inspection activities and of risk evaluation.
The indications are born from specialistic experiences in various parts of the world, and hopefully can bring a believable and accurate evaluation of the situation under
examination.
If the subject that conducts the inspection activities doesn't have a specific preparation in the sector, not only from a technical point of view, but also on organizational and
psychological aspects, it is possible that the results of the inspection don't reflect with accuracy the situation under examination.
This is the reason for which I wrote a brief introduction to the guidelines, with which the inspection activities must be developed, with the objective to collect the maximum
amount of truthful information, without inducing stressful situations in the interviewed subjects.

2.1. Denetçinin rolü The inspector’s role
Muayene faaliyetini gerçekleştirecek kişinin genel yönetimin desteğine sahip olması ve kendisi ile çalışan arkadaşlarının kendi görevine ilişkin olarak mülakata tabi
tutacaklarının, tam olarak bilgilendirilmiş olmaları, gereklidir
Muayene edenin otoriter olmasından kaçınmak için belirtilen bu temel özellik, muhtemel görev ve hiyerarşi terslikleri ile azalmaktadır.
Muayene faaliyetinin organizasyon dışındaki kişiler tarafından yapılarak, yukarıda belirtilen tersliklerin ortaya çıkması ihtimalini azaltmak, son derecede önerilmektedir.

It is essential that the subject, entrusted to conduct the inspection activity, has the full support of the general manager, and that his/her role has clearly been illustrated to all the
subjects, that he/she will have to interview.
This a fundamental aspect, to avoid that the authoritativeness of the inspector is decreased by possible role and hierarchy conflicts.
It's highly recommended that the inspection activity is done by subjects external to the organization, to reduce the possibility of the conflicts mentioned above.

2.2. Denetim Faaliyetinin Amacı The objective of the inspection activity
Muayene faaliyetinin amacı, objektif ve mümkün belgelendirilebilecek bir şekilde, incelenmekte olan durumu belirlemek ve değerlendirmektir.
Bu elementleri topladıktan sonra, muayene edenin kendi vardığı sonuçları bir sentez haline form üzerinde getirmesi, bazı konvansiyonel kodları esas alması gerekmektedir.
Buna göre bazı kodlar muayene edenin değerlendirmesinin doğruluğu bakımından belirtilenleri kabul etmeyebilmekte , bu durumda açıklayıcı elementleri işe koymak uygun olmaktadır.
Destek belgelerin toplanması ve yapılan mülakatlar sırasında, muayene edicinin, doğrudan veya dolaylı şekilde olan aynı zamanda şuursuz ir şekilde mülakata tabi tutulan kişilerden gelebilecek, muhtemel baskılar
tarafından etkilenmemesi son derce önemlidir.

The objective of the inspection activity is to obtain and to evaluate, in an objective and possibly documentable way, the situation under examination.
After gathering these elements, the inspector has to expose in synthetic form his/her own conclusions, adopting some conventional codes.

Where such codes are not able to respect with accuracy the inspector's evaluation , it is appropriate to introduce explanatory elements.
It is extremely important that, during the collection of the support documentation and the interviews, the inspector isn't influenced by possible pressures, direct or indirect, that
can be practiced, also unconsciously, from the interviewed subjects.

2.2.1. Objektif (Nesnel) ve Sübjektif (Öznel) Bilgi Nasıl Toplanır How to gather objective and subjective information
Muayene eden, hiçbir zaman, herhangi bir muayene faaliyetinin temel amacının, objektif bir belgelendirme sağlamak olduğu gerçeğini gözden uzak tutmamalıdır. Ancak,
belirlenebilecek çok büyük sayıda subjektif element bulunmakta ve bunlar muhtemel belirsizlik alanlarındaki incelemelerini derinleştirmesinde muayene edene imkan
getirmektedir.
Muayene eden, bundan dolayı mülakata tabi tutulan kişilerle, mümkün olduğu kadar çok, rahat ve informel ilişki idame ettirmeli ancak kişi olarak, belirli derinliğine
incelemeler bakından fırsat ortaya çıkartan, davranışsal özellikleri toplama konusunda uyanık (tetikte) olmalıdır.

Örnek olarak belirtilirse, bir mülakatın başlatılmasındaki en etkin yollardan biri, birine anlamlı sorular sormakla işe girişmek ancak,örnek olarak belirtilirse, bunların mülakat
amacı :”mülakata tabi tutulan kişinin kendi belirli ve herhangi bir faaliyetini ne kadar süredir gerçekleştirmekte olduğu ve bu faaliyeti yapmaya nasıl başladığı ve bunun gibi”
doğrudan korelasyon içinde olmaması gözetilmelidir.
Muayene yapanın,mülakata tabi tutulan kişinin, sade ve basit objektif elementlerin toplanması yerine, bir sorgulanmaya tabi tutulduğu hissine kapılabileceğini, her zaman
akılda tutması gerekli olacaktır.

Muayene yapının her zaman mülakatının amacını göstermesi ve işin başından temaları belirlemiş olması ve mülakat sırasında neleri konu edeceğini bilmesi iyi bir uygulamadır.

Başlangıçta mülakat yapının mülakata tabi tutulan kişilerin beyanlarını dikkatli bir şekilde dinlemesi ve konuşmalara mümkün olduğu adar az katılması önemlidir.
Daha sonra yapılacak derinliğine incelemelerin mülakata tabi tutulan kişiden bilginin büyük bir kısmı elde edildikten sonra gerçekleştirilmesi gerekecektir. .
Muayene edinin ihtiyaç duyduğu bir açıklama, sıklıkla mülakatın daha sonraki bir safhasında talep edilebilmektedir.

Muayene yapan, kişinin rahat olmadığı ve gerçeğin tamamını belirtmediğini veya cevapların gerekenler şeklinde verilmediğine ilişkin olarak, mülakata tabi tutulan kişiden
gelebilecek, muhtemel stres belirtileri veya sabırsızlıkların belirtileri olabileceğinden bunlara , özel dikkat göstermelidir.

Mülakatı kapatmadan (sone erdirmeden) önce, muayene den, elde edilen bilgileri tekrar gözden geçirmeli ve verilen belgelerin bir listesini hazırlamalı ve gösterdiği işbirliği için
mülakata tabi tutulan kişiye teşekkür etmelidir.

The inspector never has to lose sight the fact that the fundamental objective of any inspective activity is that to get an objective documentation; however, there is a large number
of subjective elements that can be captured, and that can allow the inspector to deepen the examination of possible areas of uncertainty.
The inspector must therefore maintain a relaxed and informal relationship with the interviewed subjects, as far as possible, but he/she must always be vigilant in gathering
behavioral aspects, that may show the opportunity of specific in depth examinations.

For instance, one of the most effective ways to start an interview is to ask some meaningful questions, but not directly correlated to the object of the interview, as for instance:
“For how long has the subject interviewed carried out his/hers particular and specific activity, and how he/she came to doing such an activity and so on”.
The inspector must always keep in mind that the person interviewed could feel as submitted to a questioning, instead of a pure and simple gathering of objective elements.

It is a good practice that the inspector always illustrates the objective of his/her interview and defines in advance the themes, that he/she will touch during the interview.
In a first phase, it is essential that the inspector attentively listens to what is declared by interviewed subjects and tries to join in conversation as less as possible.

Eventual in depth examinations will have to be carried out after a large part of the information has been extracted from the person interviewed.
An explanation, which the inspector is in need of, can be requested often in a following phase of the interview.

The inspector must pay particular attention to possible signs of stress or impatience from the interviewed subject, because these signs could point out that the subject is uneasy,
or because he/she is not revealing the whole truth, or because the answers are not appropriate.

Before closing the interview, the inspector must recapitulate the acquired information, and make a list of the documents that have been delivered; finally, he/she has to thank the
person interviewed for the collaboration.

2.3. MUAYENE FAALİYETLERİNİ DAHA ETKİN VE VERİMLİ HALE GETİRMEYE İLİŞKİN ÖNERİLER Suggestions for
making inspection activities more efficient and effective
Mülakata tabi tutulan kişinin, canının sıkılması ve sorgulanmakta hissine kapılması tamamen tabii bir durumdur.
Muayene yapının, mülakatın esas amacının incelenmekte olan şirket kuruluşunun daha iyi hale getirilmesi ve daha iyi faaliyet ve güvenlik şartlarına erişmesi amacına yönelik
bilgi elde etmek olduğu konusunda, onu ikna etme yeteneğini kullanmalıdır.

Mülakatın amacı,belirli bir şahısı, bir ofisi veya faaliyeti suçlama kapsamına almak için kullanılmak üzere değil, durumu daha iyi hale getirmek için yararlı bilgi elde etmektir.

Kolay olmayan bir görev ile uğraştığımı bilmekteyim ancak bu özelikler mülakat yapanın yetenek ve deneyiminin delilini teşkil eder.

Muayene edenin, çok bir şeklide, incelemeyi istediği alanlar, belge ve konuları sunmaya imkan verecek bir yapıda gerçekleştireceğini, muayene koordinatörüne (varsa)
açıklıkla belirtmesi gereklidir.

Muayene edinin mülakata tabi tutulan kişinin gerektiği gibi sorulara cevap veremediğini idrak etmesi üzerine hemen, o kişiye teşekkür ederek mülakatı askıya alması, muayene
faaliyeti koordinatörü ile temas kurması gereklidir.

Soru sorarken, açık olmaya gayret gösteriniz ve talep ed ilmesi halinde, çok sentetik olmamak suretiyle, mülakata tabi tutulan kişinin, içerik ve soru sorulma sebebini iyi
anlamasına imkan veriniz.

Mülakata tabi tutulan kişinin soruyu anlamaması halinde, farklı kelimeler kullanmak yerine, aynı kelimelerle onu tekrarlamak daha iyi olacaktır.

Mülakat ırasında işleme tabi tutulan konalar hakkında bazı olumsuz durumlar ortaya çıkarsa, muayene yapan bunlara dikkat edecek ancak kesin bir şekilde unların altını çizmek
veya belirlenen durumdan üzülmeyecektir.

Özellikle olumlu yollardan değerlendirilmesi gerekecek bazı durumların ortaya çıktığında, muayene denin bu duruma ilişkin memnuniyetini açık ve hatta ihtiyatlı bir şekilde, hak
edenlere doğru bir şekilde tanınma sağlayarak, açığa kavuşturması uygun olacaktır.

It is entirely natural that the interviewed subject is embarrassed and feels under examination.
The ability of the inspector consists of convincing him/her to her that the interview has the principal goal to acquire information, aimed to improve more and more the
operational and security conditions of the corporate body under examination.

The objective of the interview is to acquire useful information to improve the situation, and not information, used to put under " accusation " a specific person, an office, or an
activity.
I know that I am dealing with a non easy assignment, but these aspects evidence the ability and experience of the interviewer.

It is necessary that the inspector clarifies very well to the inspection coordinator (if any) the areas that he/she desires to examine , to allow the structure to present the
documents and subjects , that can give the appropriate answers
As soon as the inspector realizes that the interviewed subject is not able to give appropriate answers, he/she has to thank the subject and suspend the interview, making contact
with the coordinator of the inspection activity.

While asking a question, try to be clear and, if requested, not too synthetic, so that the person interviewed understands well the content and the reason of the question.
If the person interviewed doesn't understand the question, it is better not to repeat it with the same words, but to try to use different words.

If during the interview some negative situation about the treated themes appear, the inspector shall take notice , but must absolutely avoid to underline, or deplore the situation
discovered.
When some situations appear, that must be evaluated in particularly positive way, it is appropriate that the inspector makes clear, even if discreetly, expressions of
appreciation, giving the correct recognition to whom deserves it.

2.3.1. Dipnotlar nasıl alınır/ How to take annotations
Muayene yapının, karşısına aldığı kişiyi mülakata tabi tutarken, bazı dipnotlar alması, tamamen tabii ve hemen hemen zorunlu bir durumdur.
Alınan notların çok sık olması ve muayene edenin yazmaya devam eden bir durum içinde kalması halinde, mülakata tabi tutulan kişinin yüzünü gözleme imkanını bulamaz ve
sunulan bilgilerin tamam olması veya onlara güvenebilirlik bakımından önemli herhangi bir tutumu belirleyecek gözlemleri yapması için zamanı olmayabilir.
Muayene faaliyetinin iki kişi tarafından yapılması halinde, kişilerden biri not alma konusunda odaklaşmalı bu arada diğeri mülakatları gerçekleştirmelidir.
Mülakatın sadece bir kişi tarafından gerçekleştirilmesi durunda, muayene edinin, mülakata tabi tutulan kişi üzerinde gözünü tutmasına imkan vermesi yanında, not almasına da
imkan veren bir tekniği kullanıma sokması gerekli olacaktır. Bu zamanla kazanılabilecek bir yetenek olmasına rağmen, bir mülakatın iyi bir sonuca getirilmesi için gereli ir
özelliği temsil etmektedir..

It is entirely natural, and almost essential, that the inspector takes some annotations, while he/she is interviewing the subject involved.
If the annotations are too frequent and the inspector keeps on writing, he/she doesn't have time to observe the interviewed persons' face and he/she may not be able to gather any
significant attitude, referring to the completeness and credibility of the offered information.
If the inspective activity is done by two people, a person has to focus himself/herself on the annotations, while the other one conducts the interviews.
If the interview is conducted by only one person, it is essential that the inspector adopts a technique of taking of annotations, that allows him to continue to keep an eye on the
person that’s interviewed.
It is an ability that is gained with the time, but it represents an essential aspect to bring an interview to a good end.

2.3.2. Önerilen ve Önerilmeyen Tutumlar Recommended and not recommended attitudes
Muayene faaliyetinde, düşmanlık(antagonism) ve zihin karışıklığı elementlerini işe karıştıracaklarından, aşağıdaki tutumlar(attitudes) önerilmemektedir:

• Her zaman her defasında bir soru sorunuz ve b irincisine tam cevap verilmedikçe bir sonrakine geçmeyiniz.

• Alınan cevap açık değil ise, ilave açıklamalar yapılması için soru sormada mütereddit olmayınız.Belirli bir cevap açık olmayabilir veya mülakata tabi tutulan konu
kurumlar içinde aşina ifadeler kullanılıyor olabilmesine rağmen,muayene ediciler gibi dışarıdan olan kişiler için bu anlamlı olmayabilmektedir

• Mülakata tutan kişinin cevabını belirlemesi için kendisine her zaman yeterli zaman veriniz.

The following attitudes are not recommended, because they introduce elements of antagonism and confusion in the inspection activity:

• Always ask one question at a time and don't pass to the following one, unless a complete answer to the first one is given.

• If a received answer is not clear, do not hesitate to ask for further explanations. It’s possible that a given answer may not be clear, or that a familiar expression is used
within the interviewed subject institution, but it may not be meaningful to outside subject, such as the inspectors.

• Always give enough time to the person interviewed to articulate the appropriate answer

Neye mal olursa olsun, düşmanca bir müzakere veya tutumdan açınız. Muayene edicinin görevi, gerçekleri belirlemek ve daha sonra kendi raporunda bunlara ilişkin
değerlendirmelerini belirtmelidir. At all costs avoid an antagonistic discussion or attitude. The inspector role is to acquire facts and to subsequently appraise them in his/her
report.

Uygun olmayan reaksiyonlara yol açabileceğinden, muayene edenin kaçınması gerekecek cümle konusundaki örnekler aşağıda belirtilmektedir.

Here are examples of sentences that an inspector should avoid, because they can lead to non appropriate reactions.

2.4. Değerlendirmeye Başlamadan Önce Gerçekleştirilecek Ön Faaliyetler Preliminary activities, prior to start the
evaluation
Değerlendirmeye başlamadan önce, muayene edinin kültürel kurumla temas kurması, zamanında bir seri belgeyi kullanıma hazır hale getirilmesini talep etmesi uygun olacaktır.

Bu belgeler aynı zamanda gelmeleri üzerine incelenebilmesine rağmen, muayene süresini azaltmak için

It is opportune that, before the start of the evaluation, the inspector makes contact with the cultural institution, asking to make available in due time a series of documents.
These documents could also be examined on arrival, but to reduce the time of the inspection, it's recommended that these documents are previously sent to the inspector,so
he/she can examine them in his/her own office and to verify possible missing documents
He/she can then ask to examine the missing documents during the inspection.

The suggested documents to examine preliminarily are the following ones:

• The management structure of the cultural institution
• A general blue print of the building, that shows the doors, the windows and the main passages; the blue print should show every single floor.
• A description or at least a summary of the electric circuits, the wirings of the security and security installations, both physical and electronic
• A copy of maintenance contracts of the principal systems, security related
• The location of the rapid intervention forces ,inclusive the barracks of the firefighters and the police station.
• A copy of the security manual, if available
• Museum evacuation plans, both in presence of visitors and in absence
• The museum's visiting schedules
• The schedules of the employees' working hours, both administrative and technical, and of the surveillance and security related employees.
• A copy of past inspections, with the indication of the suggested recommendations

2.5. Her bir Soruya Tatbik Edilen Ağırlk Katsayıları Weight coefficients applied to individual questions
Uzun süredir,tek sorulara ağırlık katsayısı olarak uygulanacaklar konusunda belirsizlik içinde kaldım.
Ağırlık katsayılarının geniş olarak farklılaştırılması halinde bunarlın muayeneye konu edilen tek alandaki global değerlendirme üzerinde bazı anormal durumlar ortaya
çıkartabileceği, buna karşılık ağırlık katsayısının çok az farklılaştırılması halinde, büyük önem taşıyan bir soruya verilen cevaba yeterli ağırlık vermenin güç hal alabileceği
belirtilmelidir.
Bu sebeple, beş seviyeli bir sınıflandırma kararlaştırdım: bunun yeterli bir şeklinde önerilen soruların nispi önemini gösterebileceğine inanmaktayım..

I have been uncertain for a long time on the weight coefficients to apply to the single questions.
If the weight coefficients are widely diversified, there can be some anomalous incidences on the global evaluation of the single area under inspection, while if the weight
coefficients are too little diversified, it may be difficult to give enough weight to the answer given to a question of great importance.
This is the reason for which I decided on a classification of five levels: I believe that it can sufficiently point out the relative importance of the proposed questions.
Even if obviously I would like to attribute coefficient 5 to all the questions, the attribution of the weighted coefficient is influenced:

• from the easiness of the measure application, to induce the person responsible of the institution to implment it as soon as possible, and
• from the relative importance.

I am obviously available for improving my proposals

2.6. Değerlendirme Puanlama sistemi Evaluation scoring system

Likert ölçeği, derlemeyi yapanın kesin bir pozisyon almasını zorlaması nedeniyle, en büyük üstünlüğe sahip bulunmaktadır.

Merkezi bir değirin olmaması, değerlendirmenin bu nedenle, çok yetersiz veya yetersiz, olumlu veya çok olumlu olmasını temin etmektedir.

The synthetic evaluation, that is expressed, after the inspector has effected an analytical evaluation, is represented by the scores of which I illustrate the meaning.

The Likert scale has the great advantage that it forces the compiler to assume a precise position.
The lack of a central value assures that the evaluation is necessarily very insufficient or insufficient, or positive or very positive.
I don't believe it is appropriate to adopt a scale of six levels, because at this point of the evaluation a general assessment of the situation is more than enough.
I'd also like to stress that it is too simplicistic to attribute:

• the score 1 to an entirely unsatisfactory answer,
• the score 2 a rather unsatisfactory answer,
• the score 3 to a satisfactory answer and
• the score 4 to a very satisfactory answer.

It is in fact in the best interest of whom protects the collection not to have an alternation of values, according to a linear scale, but to carry out a global evaluation, showing
possible weak spots, but avoiding " rewarding" a possible measure of good level; it is certainly better having a balanced series of measures implemented, rather than an
alternation of unsatisfactory or excellent measures (the better is the enemy of the good).

2.7. Bazı kesin sonuçsal açıklamalar /conclusive Some final comments
Uzun süredir, kontrol listelerinin kullanılmasıyla karşılaşacak şekilde, değerlendirme faaliyeti konusunda çok fazla şema ile belirtilen bir durum içine girmek ve bunun, her ne
sebeple olursa olsun, kontrol listesinde gösterilmemiş bazı alanları görmemeye yol açacağından, korktuğumdan, oldukça belirsiz bir durum içinde kaldığımı söylemeliyim.
Buna ek olarak, varılan hükümlerin (judgements) sentezi değerlendirme kalitesinde bir kaya yol açabilecek durumdaydı.

Diğer taraftan,kamu okullundaki sayısal değerlendirmelerin uzun süredir takdire dayalı değerlendireler yönünde hareket ettiği ve hemen anlaşılabilir olmayan bir süre olmasına
rağmen, bunun öğretmene kişilik ve öğrencinin yararını daha iyi değerlendirme ve belirlemesine imkan vereceğini, unutmamalıyız.

Belirli bir sütreden sonra ve pratik deneyimler elde edilmesi üzerine, kontrol listesinin yeterli bir şeklide dolaştırılması halinde, belirli sorular önünde muhtemel küçük

I must say that I have been rather uncertain for a long time, facing the use of control lists, that I feared may schematize too much the evaluation activity and may result in
overlooking areas, that have not been indicated in the control list for whatever reason.
In addition, the synthesis of the judgments could lead to a loss of quality of the evaluation.
On the other hand, let's not forget that in public school, since a long time ago numerical evaluations have moved to judgment evaluations, some time not immediately
understandable, but that can allow the teacher to better assess and evaluate the personality and the profit of the student.
After some time and practical experience, I have seen that if the control list is sufficiently articulated, possible small evaluation errors, in front of specific questions, may be
corrected in the average evaluation.
I recommend therefore to he/she who conducts the evaluation activity not to become too upset in deciding whether or not to apply a specific score to the answer of specific
question. At the end of the day, possible small errors are compensated and the result, in my experience, the final evaluation assesses in an accurate way the actual situation.
