The document discusses improvements and outreach plans for DMPTool2. Key points include:
1. DMPTool2 adds new roles and permissions for administrators, allows collaborative plan creation, and improves search functionality.
2. New roles include templates editor, resource editor, and reviewer to help institutions implement their own requirements.
3. An outreach plan includes webinars, blogs, and advisory boards to gather input from researchers and administrators on the tool.
4. DMPTool2 will launch in January 2014 for administrators and February 2014 for public use at a new URL, while the original tool remains available temporarily.

Institutional profile as seen by the institutional administrator.
As part of our grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services, we are creating resources for librarians interested in promoting the DMPTool at their institutions. Based on input from a group of librarians back in February, we determined that a webinar series would be useful for introducing the tool, communicating how to use it effectively, and describing how it can be customized for institutional needs. The webinar series has now concluded, but we will happily accept your ideas for future webinars.
