full-service creative services for an additional fee. Please allow up to one
week for creative development. Rush fees for expedited services and/or

Preferred Payment Method:
Save money by using your credit card. PartsBase offers additional
discounts for customers paying by credit card or pre-paid contract.
Credit Terms:
All invoice payment terms are Net 30. In the event the invoice is not paid in
full upon 30 days, a 1% monthly interest charge will be applied.
Rights and Liabilities:
PartsBase reserves the right to hold or cancel any program advertisement
from any account that is 90 days past due. PartsBase reserves the right to
turn any delinquent account to collections. Any and all fees associated with
late and delinquent payments will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
