NetWorld is the reseller of world famous Ingenico POS terminal & NAC for uninterruptable retail
banking solution.
We provide Total Infrastructure Support (TIS) which includes building the ATM Booths, providing UPS,
AC, Earthing work, Electrical Work, CCTV and Branding which are all necessary to maintain the uptime
of an ATM. We also provide ATM Managed Service where we perform FLM (First Level Maintenance)
and SLM (Second Level Maintenance) service along with maintenance of the ATM Booths which
includes UPS, AC De-humidifier and so on.
NetWorld is the distributor for Data Products Toppan Forms Ltd, which is a Japanese based company in
Thailand providing Cards (Plastics for VISA, MasterCard, Smart Card, Magnetic Card and Proprietary
Cards). We also provide card personalization services for our valuable customers.
We are the leading provider of turnkey solutions for ATM Booth, Cards and Cheques in Bangladesh. Our
services includes delivery by courier to our customers across Bangladesh through our sister concern
World Runner Express Ltd.

4. We provide both first and second level of maintenance
support to all the ATM Booths in our network 24x7. A
dedicated team comprising of experienced and certified
professionals keep the downtime as low as possible by
ensuring the environment for keeping an ATM running is well
maintained. To provide fast resolution to any other problems
we have dedicated electrical, AC, UPS and CCTV team to act
fast according to the nature of the problem. We ensure our
team performs preventive maintenance of all items in the ATM
Booth for smooth operation and long lifecycle. We have

Monospool are the partners of TULLIS RUSSELL (Cheque paper manufactured of CBS1 standard) in
Bangladesh and our strategic alliance with them allows us to provide the highest quality products to

We are the pioneer in providing online automated Cheque Book Requisition Management System
(CBRMS) software to all our customers. This ensures secure and auditable delivery of cheque book
requisition directly from individual Bank branches. We can therefore identify where a cheque book
request initiated from and from which individual. This prevents fraudulent activity in cheque
duplication of our valuable customers. THE CBRMS software was developed in house and can be
modified to cater to different customer requirements.
CHEQUE PERSONALIZATION
AND MICR ENCODING
NetWorld Bangladesh Ltd has 6 (Six) sets of machines to provide
uninterrupted services to our customers and ensure on time delivery
of cheque books. Our sister concern World Runner Express Ltd has
offices across Bangladesh providing seamless delivery services to
Bank’s individual Branches. This removes the hassle for our customer
of taking delivery in their Head Office and then internally delivering
the cheque books to the respective branches.
NetWorld Bangladesh has several vaults in house to store the
cheques which are monitored 24/7 via CCTV. Additionally we
maintain access control system in our cheque bureau along with individual log books to ensure safety of
our customer’s assets. These logs and systems reports are audited regularly to maintain utmost security.

CARDSPOS Software

NetWorld Bangladesh Ltd provide the highest quality of Plastics
(VISA, MasterCard, Proprietary, Smart Cards, Contactless Cards and so on)
and personalization services. Our service offering includes
personalization of bulk quantity of cards at one go
through our partner DPTF in Thailand. We use a
secure VPN connection to transmit card data
from Bank to DPTF directly for personalization.
The cards are then sent via secure airfreight
and then directly delivered by G4S to our
customers from the airport. We also offer
personalization services of cards in our in house
bureau and /or Bank’s premises to cater to
our customer requirements.
