24. Getting information to the client
ā¢ āWater and sewer lines that run from your house to the street have
always been a common exclusion on homeowners policies and we just
recently contracted with a company to cover the exclusion. This new
policy gives you $5000 in annual coverage for water and $5000
annually for sewer line repairs with no deductible.ā
ā¢ āCoverage is only $8 a month or $96 for the whole year and is separate
from your HO policy so claims on this policy have no impact on your HO
claim status.ā
ā¢ āIt's excellent coverage and I highly recommend it especially on homes
where the service lines are older.ā
ā¢ āWe can get this done right now over the phone for you if you want.ā
ā¢ * This is not really a āsales pitchā but information you are getting to your
clients. Complete soft sell touch. You are letting them know of the
exclusion and the solution. What they decide to do with the information is
completely on them. We aren't working through the āNOās or
overcoming objections. If they say ānoā then you've still done your job
and you can wish them a good day.

ā No. The septic line from the foundation to the tank is covered. The water line from the well casing

What if I donāt want automatic billing?
ā NWC, at the customerās request, can send an annual bill to allow a customer to send in annual

associated with paper billing. All transactions are processed electronically.
