3. SOS Environmental of Las Vegas an Industrial Hygiene Consulting firm specializing in mold inspection that covers all of Southern Nevada from our Las Vegas location. Our Corporate offices SOS Mold LLC. in Marina Del Rey California covers all of Southern California.

I am highly experienced – with over * 10 years in mold remediation background – over 4 years as an inspector having personally completed over 4500 individual inspections and have supervised almost 3000 loss remediations. I am fully certified and SOS is fully licensed and insured in both Nevada and California
5. V * I am a fully certified microbial investigator* an active member of The Indoor Air Quality Association * The Environmental Solutions Association * and SOS is affiliated with The American Industrial Hygienist Association.
6. We are long time preferred vendors for a number of small realty offices and national franchised realty companies here in Las Vegas – including – *Coldwell Banker Premier Realty’s Concierge Program, *Prudential Americana’s Home Benefits and *Realty Executive’s Showcase Vendor Program.

We do not perform the work involved in remediation of a loss.* SOS identifies the extent of a loss, directs the remediation and controls work being done on a loss in the best interests of our client. SOS believes that a contractor that both controls a remediation and completes the work is walking a poor line when it comes to the ethics of a loss.* Because of our extensive experience and past relationships with remediation contractors – SOS can provide recommendations for multiple remediation contractors in order to provide our client with the opportunity to obtain competitive bidding for remediation of a loss.
