Tagua is a seed from palm trees,
which are growing in the
ecuadorian rainforest. Before
they can be used to work with,
they need to be dried for about
two years.
Till the1950 the tagua material
was mainly used to make
buttons and other items like
chessmen and doorknobs.

Every order we produce individual locally in Ecuador. Thanks to the
strong cooperation from many families, we are quick in
manufacturing and are able to handle big orders without a
