with a mobile device, directly upon detection safety policy. SAP EHS Safety Issue allows any worker to

• Brainstorming discussions “Value Scenarios” (2 hrs)
o Catalog current mobility applications and their success levels
o Select at least two employee segments to target in the function, include a Knowledge Worker
Segment and a Task Worker Segment
o Brainstorm Value Scenarios leveraging slide 4 as a template for each employee segment, focus on
the “Job Execution” components
o Map the Value Scenarios to the “Mobility Footprint” Chart and then further brainstorm, if significant
gaps exist in a quadrant
o Finally vote on the Value Scenarios: Have each attendee place a red dot on their highest priority
scenario and then place one of their three blue dots on their 2nd, 3rd, and 4th choices
