1. RDS-IIR(II) IIR Curing Bladder and Curing Bag Reviving Agent
Appearance: light yellow powder
Composition: RDS-IIR（II）rubber reviving agent is composed of many kinds of activating agents.
Application：applicable to the reclaiming of waste IIR curing bladder and curing bag vulcanized by resin.

Physical and Chemical Property of IIR Bladder Reclaimed Rubber
Test recipe of IIR bladder reclaimed rubber: reclaimed rubber 100, accelerator M 0.3，accelerator NOBS 0.55，zinc oxide 3，sulfur 1.1.
Vulcanizing condition：160℃X40min，50 min，60 min.

(1) First cut the bladder (curing bag) into large pieces about
15cm×20cm, then cut into particles about 10mm with knife
breakdown mill ; as the IIR is easy to be heat and sticky, it is
better to cut with water-cooled knife breakdown mill.
(2）Coarsely mill the 10mm particles 3-5 times on the open mill
(the roll pitch of the open mill is 1.0mm—2.0mm), when it
begins to sheet, add reclaiming agent RDS-IIR(II) and 5 parts by
weight of paraffin oil, and continue to mill until it becomes even
(about 5-10 times) and get down the open mill.
(3) Mill run 3 times on the second open mill (the roll pitch is
0.6mm—1.0mm) and get down the open mill.
(4) Refine twice on the refining mill (the roll pitch is
0.3mm—0.8mm) and sheet.
Note: The roll temperature of the open mill should be 60�-70�.
The roll temperature of the refining mill should be below 90�.
RDS-IIR(II) IIR curing bladder and curing bag reviving agent can
also be used when the internal mixer is at high temperature.
