KDCS was able to fully reconstruct and restore the buildings. Kenrick’s skilled carpenters were able to authentically recreate the exterior of the building, including replicating 130 year old millwork details. This allowed us to comply with National Park Service standards for restoration and provided us access to state and federal historic tax credit programs.
