Room section is part of the duty

hotel's rooms. Such as
cleanliness, beauty, and comfort
for guests in the hotel.

Lack parstock linen laundry
resulting in operational delays
often work in guest room area.
Lack of equipment and tools
available such as Dry Vacuum
Cleaner.

Reporting to the Executive housekeeper
to propose the addition of linen or linen
to choose which will be replaced by
looking at the degree of soiling linens.
Buying supplies inadequate amount of
equipment in order to expedite the work
operations.

After implementing the program Industrial Work Practices
for 6 (six) months in Lido Lakes Resort & Conference, it
can be concluded that the Industrial Employment
Practices programs provide enormous benefits to the
development and improvement of the learners in adapting
to practice in the state of the industry.
As long as I carry Employment Practices Industry, I can
know and understand the Standard Operating Procedure
(SOP) in the Housekeeping and also I can improve myself.
21. Recomendation
LIDO LAKES RESORT & CONFERENCE
• Need for additional parstock linen to
meet operational needs.
• Balancing the number of employees with
the workload.
• Need for additional manpower, especially
in the operations.
• Always create a new innovation that can
attract tourists to come to the hotel.
