A company is a new customer if it has not received R&D funding from Tekes during the last five years. The payments
made to joint projects have been allocated to the participants since 2006. Numbers include 10-50 associations and other
public organisations. Funding of feasibility studies was transferred from Tekes to the TE Centres (ELY Centres) in 2008.
