We studied many prefixes….. Poly, mono, micro, photo…..
Phototropic  Photo is a prefix
Sometimes people write prefixes like this:
Photo-
Micro-
Iso-
The dash (-) shows you it is used as a prefix.
We also studied suffixes……. Phototropic
Phototropic  tropic is a suffix
Sometimes people write suffixes like this:
-tropic
The dash (-) in front shows you it is used as a suffix.
Know ALL of the prefixes and suffixes we studied in class.
