Taylor Restivo was a student in my NS 415 – Food Science and NS425 – Sports
Nutrition courses under Kaplan University’s Nutrition Science program in the past year.
During my times working with Taylor in these courses, this student exhibited a high level
of dedication and enthusiasm for studying nutritional requirements of athletes. In our
weekly course discussions, Taylor always participated on an elevated level of
understanding with “thinking outside of the box”, which further assisted in
comprehension for self and the other students with their understanding of the subject at
hand. Taylor also was very active in our weekly course seminars and even exhibited
leadership in the “virtual classroom.”
Taylor is a picture of the future of health and nutrition promotion in our community. I
would recommend Taylor as an excellent candidate for any position or educational
program. This student would be a wonderful addition to any program desiring to further
