2009 (Copy is enclosed).
Sices Misr is consists of Sices Group which represent 70% of the shares, balance share is owned
by an Egyptian company (Tarco).
Sices group working in Egyptian market since 30 years ago & have a wide reference in Egypt And
all over the world as per attached reference list.
Sices Misr will replace Sices group in the Egyptian market for the attached activities with a fully
support of Sices Group concerning the engineering and /or manufacture activities.
Sices Misr HAD BEEN REGISTRED IN Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC)for
public sector as per attached And JOIN venture Company under No. 136on 20-01-2010.
Thanks for any agreement with local partners, Sices Misr intends to maximize the local content;
equipment will be manufactured in Egypt where possible, engineering activities will be carried out
both in Italy and Egypt wherever the job coordination activities will be done locally. Experience
and know-how of Sices Group will support Sices Misr in offering solutions and equipment
dedicated to the Egyptian market, North Africa and Middle East.
