 Path to Calming Habits

      Customized, personalized SMS service,
which encourages adoption of new habits
by rewards and peer support, adapted to
               fit your work flow.
Five Steps on the Calming Path
First. Three times a day a timed SMS to take a 30s action: watch a picture,
listen to the sound of rain etc. Rewarded after completing the task: individual
indulgence for 4 mins: Facebooking, chocolate, SMS to your friend. Also
accumulates points.

Second. Twice a day an SMS from a pool of empowering thoughts
submitted by peers.

Third. Before falling asleep in the evening an SMS reminds about a
pleasant memory from childhood, vacation, with friends. The task is to
think about the memory until another SMS arrives saying good night.

Fourth. Sharing one emotion with a peer by SMS to a peer. Getting a
response from a peer from the Calming Path members.
Fifth. Become a listener, “a peer calmer.”
Adopt new routines: habits adapted from
             meditation and other tools
Interrupt obsessed, stress-causing behavior, measured by
                       technology
        Collect points by completing tasks,
     submitting ep-thoughts and sharing them
Points turn into rewards: monetary bonuses,
         vouchers funded by the ins.company/
                        employer
