 What is Prezi?
 Prezi is an online application that can be used to
make presentations.
 With Prezi, you can upload pictures, insert charts
etc. to make the presentation easy to understand.

2. How to use Prezi
 Step 1: First, to use Prezi, you have to sign-up or log-in to your Prezi account and
click “Your prezis”.
 Step 2: Then, once you go there, click the box called “New prezi”. This will start a
new Prezi presentation.
 Step 3: After your new prezi loads, you will have an option to name your prezi and
give a description about it. You will also be able to choose the background
template for your presentation. Click on the template you want to use.
 Step 4: When you start making your presentation, you will see a big ‘canvas’
where you can stretch your presentation and drag around your graphic or text
materials. On the top-left corner of the canvas, you can see a group of
circles, which will help you choose the different tools and how to insert or upload
whatever you want.
 Step 5: When you have more than one slides in the canvas, you will be given an
option to create paths between the slides. If you want to play the
presentation, click the play button at the bottom right corner of your canvas.
Once done, click exit at the top of the screen, which will automatically save your
work and exit. You can further edit your work on a later time, by simply going to
“Your prezis” and clicking your desired presentation.
