Weddings in Indian culture are meant to be once in a lifetime affairs. They unite a man and
woman and their families together to celebrate the joyous moment. A moment that will not
repeat itself, and that is why at Tabla, we go out of our way and give our food the special
attention it deserves. From myself, my executive chef Sajan Prem and all my team, it is our
responsibility to make certain that the food at the wedding is prepared and served “ Tabla
style”.
Traditional, fusion, or combination, our wedding menus are custom designed for brides and
grooms and our process is very detailed.
We first meet with the couple and/or family and go through their theme and requirements.
Tabla accommodates all budgets and pricing. We serve from Idlis to Paris brest; Hyderabadi
Biryani to Cacik; Tempuras to Pakoras; our selection is vast and unique. We also have a
specialized dessert selection including Shahi Kulfi Falooda, Shahi Tukda, Toffee Pudding,
Hibiscus Jelly, Ebony and Ivory Mousse, Chocolate Samosa and many more.
