In our vast lands in Asia, six big partitions exist different degree of the food crisis. In
north Asia, food is plentiful, but the waste of food is serious. Southeast Asia is one of
the world rice production and consumption areas, facing rising food prices and the
global food crisis. Some parts of southeast Asian nations rising opium cultivation
area. The climate, conflict, and the backward of the national agricultural science and
technology of the Central Asia, west Asia exacerbated the food crisis. The three
disadvantages of agricultural production of South Asia floods, droughts, the growth
of population , which cause low per capita occupancy of grain.

Facing these situations, we conducted a series of discussion at four
aspects of consciousness ,science and technology, system, economy. We
make use of many media, such as Facebook, Renren , qq blog, Sina blog,
QQ space, micro letter platform, twitter, magazines, etc to make powerful
propaganda. We hope to deepen the understanding of the food crisis, and
improve the prevention and response capacity. The measures are

At first, we can produce artificial meat to meet the needs of human body . The
artificial meat made of Soybean strengthens lack of methionine and other elements.
The meat quality and nutrition of this plant food is comparable to the meat of animals.
Second, good varieties instead of varieties of degradation . If we can’t promote the good
varieties, we can only plant lower-quality varieties year after a year. The wheat is
difficult to achieve the quality of the food requirements, such as bread baking. So the
utilization rate of planted food will decrease.
Third , in order to create relatively high yield of crops which are agree with the local
climate, we can produce heat resistant crops to deal with the global warming and
produce salt tolerance crops to deal with the rising sea level.

10. Project Details
First, the number of government officials in the base of state employees in state-
owned enterprises is too huge. We should cut those who don't make any contributions
to their association. Like that, such using public funds to eat and drink phenomenon
will be reduced.
Second, increase the macroeconomic regulation and control of each crop planting area,
in order to avoid the waste from randomness and volatility of the market economy. For
instance, crops farmers unable to recover the cost from deals, so they would rather do
damage to their crops than sell, which cause the lack of food in some areas.
Third, international organizations should actively build the bridge of food trade
between countries, so as to reduce barriers to food trade and avoid phenomenon that
countries with surplus grain hoarding too much food, which make the countries lack of
food couldn’t import food from others.

Fourth, each restaurant, should make meal delicious, ensure security of food and try to
change the sales way. Launching 1/2 or small portions of food for customer choose. If
the guest left meal charge fees over a certain amount of food, restaurant can charge
some fees, which may also reduce waste of food.
Fifth, supermarket should cooperate with charity, ensure to distribute food to those
who really need them.
Sixth, Merchants should change the packing to small package, and clearly mark the
best edible date and shelf life.
Seventh, develop recycling technology to make food garbage resources available.
Eighth, we can draw lessons from Singapore. Singapore's government will not intervene
directly in the media. So media and citizens should play a supervision role.

First,to carry out the specialization of industrial chain and run the operations at scale
can reduce the food spoilage.
Second,during transporting, some food might be wasted. Thus we can integrate grain
resource to reduce the form of food transportation.
Third,use less food for fuel, to avoid the competition of mechanical equipment and
people.
Fourth,eat local food as much as possible, to reduce pollution and save energy.
Fifth,improve the utilization of food by-products. For example, after soybean crushing
the rest of the bean dregs could be used for culturing microorganisms, then
microorganisms could be made into single-cell protein, and single-cell protein could be
used for raising animals ...
Sixth,reduce the industrial use of grain and we should eat less industrialized food , such
as alcohol.

Some western dishes are just bitten once and then taken down. Some people have
wrong diet concept that if there is no meat in this meal , it can’t be called a meal. We
are first producer, eat food with meat. In order to reduce the energy loss in the transfer
process of food chain, change consumption idea and the way of life, we have to
establish a universal consciousness that it’s good to save food, and waste is shameful .
We can also change the consciousness of farmers. They should pay attention to
cultivation method.
