training.The Operational TrainingManagerwill be responsible foridentifyinghotel wide trainingneeds,

deficiencies.
JOB ESSENTIALS.
To Planand communicate trainingstrategy.Advisemanagementtrainingmatters.
To Establishandmaintainjobperformance standardsatall existinglevels&unitsthroughCONSCIOUS
 Development/ContinuousTraining/Coaching/Counseling&SystematicADULTEDUCATION.
To ensure betterCOORDINATION between the various departments&Assisthotel departmentswith
 Compliance toHOTEL,STRAINING System& COORDINATION PHILOSOPHY./THEORY.
To Monitordepartmentorientation(s) andmake recommendationsforimprovementsasappropriate.
To Monitorapprenticeshipandskill certificationprograms.
To Schedule/Coordinate Facilities/ResourcesforTraining Sessions.
To Provide amonthlycost/benefitof traininganalysisreport.
To Create a trainingresource libraryof educational/trainingmaterials.
