Your bodily posture is important for your health as well as your appearance. Weight should
be balancing evenly on both feet and shoulders should be erect.
Slouching and banning are bad habits and will swim away your appearance.

Standing straight up is symbol of your mental attitudes. Correct posture helps your spine
and vertebrae properly handle daily stress, such as walking.
