“What are my delivery options?”
Standard delivery is £3.99 and we
aim to deliver within 4-6 working
days. Next Day and Stated Day
Delivery is now available on selected
items for £5.99 until 9pm in many

“How long do I have to return
an item?”
If for any reason you are unhappy
with your purchase, you may return
items within 14 days of receiving
them. We will replace or refund most
items provided they are returned
complete, unused and in the original
packaging where possible, with the
correct documentation.
“How can I arrange a return?”
1. Via Hermes ParcelShop. You can
drop off your parcel at one of our
authorised parcel shops free of
charge. You can find your nearest
shop at www.myhermes.co.uk/
parcelshops. Please follow the
instructions on your returns form.
2. Arrange a courier collection by
visiting My Account online and
completing the simple booking
form or call our returns service
on 0333 200 6014 (check with
your network provider for details
of the call costs, as networks
may vary). Please ensure all
returns are collected from a
secure location.
3. Via your local Post Office (if the
package weighs less than 3kg).
Complete the returns label on
your delivery note and attach
securely to your parcel.
