2. Between Identities I was born on June 10, 1985 in Kirchen, Germany. My mother is German and my father is Turkish. In 2006, I moved to Wisconsin, USA for college. That’s why I like to say I live between three different cultures, which I believe has made me a critical thinker and a global citizen.
