an essential part of business
planning. It helps businesses
determine how they are doing
and what their customers think
about the quality of products
and services being provided.
In order to keep a record of
customer feedback, surveys
are conducted at different
intervals so that the decision
makers know how much the
business has improved
over a specific period of
time.
SurveyCrest helps you make user-friendly Client Service
Evaluation Forms to gauge customer service
effectiveness and perceived value.
Let’s take a look
at how it’s done!
1. Simply go to surveycrest.com and log in with your account.
Click on the “Create Survey” Button.
2. Now choose the client service
evaluation template.
3. Enter the name of the survey
and hit “Create Survey”.
4. You will see a list of questions which you can edit and customize
as per your requirements.
5. Click Continue to edit.
6. You have to enter your details (which you can always edit later
on).
7. You can also:
 Add the questions of your choice
 Add choices for answers
 Edit or delete the unwanted questions.
8. On the same page you may edit or delete the questions
as per your requirements and after that hit “Launch Survey”
button.
9. You may add the mentioned details and also make your survey
password protected.
10. Now proceed towards the “Activate and Publish Survey” Button.
11. Your survey is published. You can now share the web link.
12. Share your survey on social media.
13. Embed the survey on your website.
14. Share the survey via emailing.
15. Share the survey via downloading the QR Code.
Invite users to fill the survey by using Mailchimp.
You have successfully made your client evaluation survey.
