A team is defined as a group of people who bring complementary skills and hold each other accountable for achieving clear, identifiable goals. Effective teams have clear and achievable goals that members are committed to, respect each other, have clearly defined roles, and can successfully deal with conflicts. The story about Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody illustrates how important it is for teams to work together towards common goals rather than leaving tasks for others to complete alone.
3. NOBODY DID IT There is a story about four people named Everybody, Somebody ,Anybody and Nobody. There was an Important Job to be done and Everybody was asked to do it. Anybody could have done it. Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that because it was everybody’s job. Everybody thought anybody could do it but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn’t do it. Consequently it wound up that Nobody told Anybody, So Everybody blamed Somebody. But still Nobody Did it.
