8. My understanding of the
C.I
Action can support or deny access to rights and
opportunities.
9. Breaking down the C.I
I know that the word ‘action’ means to use your
opportunities to help others, like helping out at an pet
shelter, or doing good deeds. Actions can be good or
bad, for example:Someone who is good at climbing
could climb up walls and break into someone’s house.
10. Breaking down the C.I
I know that the word ‘support’ means to help someone,
for instance if you help at an animal shelter you can
support the staff and animals. And if you donate to a
charity you are supporting them by giving them money.
11. Breaking down the C.I
I know the word ‘deny’ means to not let you do
something, it is also something that blocks your
opportunities , like if a profit-making store goes
bankrupt people will lose their jobs.(The words in
green is the action that denies the opportunities. The
words in orange is the effect of the action.)
12. Breaking down the C.I
I know the word ‘access’ means the opposite of the
‘deny’.Access means to open the door to opportunities.
For example:You can’t access the internet because there
is no Wifi.
13. Breaking down the C.I
I know the word ‘right’ can mean two things: 1.) To get
something correct. 2.) Something that everyone is
entitled to (The one in green is the one I’ll write
about.) A right isn’t a law, but is is something the
government has agreed to give the people of their
country. In this keynote all of the pictures represent
some of the rights of children under eighteen.
14. Breaking down the C.I
I know that the word ‘opportunities’ depends on your
circumstances, like if your parents have god job then
your opportunities are that they can enroll you at a
good school.
