Further, many libraries throughout the state are
also developing strong relationships with their
business communities.

Library card
MSL Online Library Card Registration
Anyone in the Southern Maine Library
District can get a PPL card at no charge
Counties served: Cumberland, York and selected
Oxford county towns (Brownfield, Denmark,
Fryeburg, Hiram, Lovell, and Naples)
Anyone can get a PPL card for $20 per year
