Marketing
• Prepare a list with address and contact details to make telephonic conversations to fix an appointment
• First meeting to satisfy the questions with sufficient answers, normally for grade, finish, service,
capacity, hygiene, safety, spacing, equipment scheduling and to locate areas, like cooking area, dish
wash area, pot wash area, store, butchery, pantry, a la carte, grade manger, Receiving area, walk ins,
bakery, Etc.
Designing
• Surveying - Take actual dimension of the site area to prepare diagram.
• Communicate with chef or concern person to fix Menu & production flow.
• While drafting, ensure the space and equipment keeping correct measurement.
Installation
• Primary engineer for the Commercial kitchen module responsible for all technical aspects of the
execution of idea proofs of concept in the module.
• Work closely with the technician as part of a team to execute innovation ideas and evaluate through
testing, data collections and analysis.
• Equipment scheduling, Ventilation, Lighting, Drainage, ceiling, plumbing and Electrical are main
subjects to do AutoCAD designing.
• Only after approval of plan by the customer, we will do the Quotation with full details of each product
with attachments and its specifications.
• If the works order taken, we will start the fabrication to complete in time for delivery.
• Handover the completed kitchen only after trial run of equipment, if required.
