22. Introduction Grooming can be defined as the art of presenting oneself at his or her best. The way a person grooms speaks a lot about his or her personality and attitude. Grooming does not mean only wearing the right attire but also taking care of his or her health, skin, hair and so on and its important anywhere and anytime. Grooming consists of 2 aspects: 1)Metaphysical aspect 2)Physical aspect
23. IMPORTANCE OF GROOMING Grooming is important because it makes a person feel good about oneself, he or she feels confident as a result perform better and deliver the best. It is also known that a well groomed person is always remembered even after meeting him or her only once. Always look good you will feel good.
29. I use Dove shampoo and take shower thrice a week.
30. I also use Dove conditioner daily as it gives , shine and protects my hair from the pollution.

32. Skin consists of 3 layers: Epidermis : The outer layer having no blood vessels and nerve endings. Dermis : The layer below Epidermis with elastic fiber. Hypodermis : The layer below the dermis with fatty connective tissue , with high H2O content. TYPES OF SKIN There are 5 different types of skin: Normal skin Dry skin Oily skin Combination skin Sensitive skin
33. My skin type I have combination skin with fair complexion. That is the T-ZONE across my forehead and down my nose and chin are oily and rest other parts are dry. The T-ZONE is highly prone to black heads, white heads etc..
37. Daily I follow the routine of cleansing , toning and moisturizing using Olay products.
38. Before going to bed without fail I wash my face as I want my skin to breathe at night.
39. Morning I apply aloe Vera gel on my face and hands for 30 minutes and the wash with cold water without using soap.
40. Then I apply sunscreen lotion with SPF 60, 20 minutes prior going out in the sunlight.
41. I use Olay lightening cream with SPF 25, to protect my skin from sunlight even if I am indoors.
42. I steam my face and use fruit face pack once a week.

44. MY EXERCISE REGIME Physical exercise Exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. It is performed for various reasons including strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular, honing athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance, as well as for the purpose of enjoyment.
45. Exercise makes the body fit and gives cuts and shape to the body. I drink 1 glass of hot water with 1 tea spoon honey and half lemon squeezed in it before workout. As I have to reduce my weight I concentrate more on the exercises like: Brisk walking and Cardio. 2. Aerobics to keep my mind relaxed. 3. I workout on abs slimming. 4. I Exercise on gym ball to tone my body.
46. MY DIET SAMPLE BREAKFAST 6:30am : 1 bowl Kellogg's with skimmed milk,1 glass of beetroot and carrot juice and 1 glass of water. LUNCH 2:00pm : 2 Bread sandwich with steamed potato stuffed in it and 2 glass of water and 1 glass of juice.
47. SNACKS 5:00pm : Fruit Salad and 2 glass of water . DINNER 7:00pm : 1 chapatti with honey,1 bowl vegetable salad and 2 glass of water.
48. MY DO’S MY DON’TS I drink minimum 8 glass of water. I drink water when I am hungry if still I feel hungry I eat raw vegetable salad. I sleep 8 hrs daily. I exercise daily. I always clean my eye make up with coconut oil. I don’t leave any residue on my face before going to bed. I don’t smoke or drink alcohol. I avoid hot shower and scrubbing. I avoid too cold and too hot water to wash my face.

50. I rinse my mouth well after every meal with Listerine mouth wash.
62. CONCLUSION It is quiet different to conclude from my side. I am a learner , what I have experienced in learning. Only I can share my happiness with the experiments practiced with self participation. Hence being a student I can express about self ideology.
