2. LGN Prosperity Utilizes 2 Unique Product Purchase Options:
Retail Customer ($269.00)
If you decide to opt for the Retail Customer Option ($269.00), you will own the LGN Travel Card,
which allows you to book a Condominium Vacation, Resort Vacation or Hotel Vacation for 7-
nights at one of over 3,500 vacation destinations. The booking process is conducted via the Live
LGN Travel Website that contains minute-by-minute updates for new locations on a daily basis. A
Retail Customer can not earn commissions through the LGN Prosperity Compensation Plan.
Note: A Retail Customer may upgrade to an Independent Associate at any time.
Independent Associate ($299.00)
If you decide to opt for the Independent Associate Option ($299.00), you will own the LGN Travel
Card IN ADDITION to the LGN Personal Development Package and the LGN Business Builder
System.
The LGN Personal Development Package includes the Personal Development Audio Collection,
eBook Instructional Training Collection, Internet Marketing Software Collection and Additional
Vacation Discount Package.
The LGN Business Builder System includes your very own unique e-Commerce Business
Building Website System, and exclusive access to the LGN Live and Recorded Business Training
Webinar System. The LGN Business Builder System is priced at an additional $30.00
Administration Fee that is already included in the $299.00 price.
In addition, LGN Prosperity will grant you the ability to build your very own customer base of
Retail Customers and Independent Associates within our proprietary 2x2 Matrix software. You will
have the ability promote the LGN Prosperity Product Package in order to earn LGN Referral
Commissions using the LGN Prosperity 2x2 Matrix Compensation Plan.
Within this entire document, when referring to Retail Customers, the term “Product
Package” is defined as the LGN Travel Card.
Subsequently, when referring to Independent Associates, the term “Product
Package” is defined as the LGN Travel Card, LGN Personal Development Package
and LGN Business Builder System.
Your Customer Base
The moment you complete your purchase for the LGN Prosperity Independent Associate option
($299.00), LGN Prosperity will automatically assign you your very own unique e-commerce
website that is personalized with your contact information.
Any person who purchases the LGN Product Package directly from your website for $269.00
automatically becomes your “Personal Retail Customer”. Any person who purchases the LGN
Product Package directly from your website for $299.00 automatically becomes your “Personal
Independent Associate”.
At this point, the name of your new Personal Retail Customer or Personal Independent Associate
will appear in your 2x2 Matrix.

3. In addition, LGN Prosperity refers to the “Sponsor” as the person who is assigned the website
from which a Retail Customer or Independent Associate purchases the LGN Prosperity Product
Package. In other words, you are referred to as the “Sponsor” of any Retail Customer or
Independent Associate who purchases the LGN Product Package from your website as illustrated
below.
Your 2x2 Matrix is the basic building block of your entire customer base. Your customer base
consists of all your Retail Customers and Independent Associates. In addition, your 2x2 Matrix
may also consist of Independent Associates and Retail Customers of others as well.
Your Commissions
LGN Prosperity defines a “Personal Retail Sale” as the purchase of the LGN Product Package
from your LGN Prosperity e-commerce website by an end user or customer.
LGN Prosperity pays you commissions based on retail sales of the LGN Product Package
purchased from your LGN Prosperity e-commerce website.
Depending on how you have set up your Commission information in your LGN Prosperity Back
Office, your Bonus Commissions will be sent to you via:
1) Physical Check (North America ONLY).
2) Loaded onto your Global Cash Card.
3) Loaded onto your AlertPay Account.
Your Cycle Commissions are sent out from LGN Prosperity WEEKLY on every Saturday.
The various LGN Bonuses as described in this document are paid out once a month.
IN ADDITION, you will receive a new LGN Travel Card each time you earn a cycle commission
from LGN Prosperity.

4. Your 2x2 Matrix
When interested customer prospects purchase the $269.00 Product Package through your e-
commerce website, they become your PERSONAL Retail Customers. When interested business
prospects purchase the $299.00 Product Package through your e-commerce website, they
become your PERSONAL Independent Associates. The names of your new Retail Customers
and/or new Independent Associates and will start filling the empty slots in your 2x2 matrix in the
order that they purchase from your website as illustrated below.
A $600.00 Commission For Every Completely Filled 2x2 Matrix
When Six (6) Retail Customers and/or Independent Associates completely fill your 2x2 Matrix,
you will earn a commission of $600.00. A completely filled 2x2 Matrix consisting of 6 Retail
Customers and/or Independent Associates is commonly referred to as one “Cycle”. In other
words, you will earn the sales commission of $600.00 for every “Cycle” you generate. In addition,
you will receive a new LGN Travel Card each time you earn a $600.00 commission.
Your 2x2 Matrix can be filled with YOUR Retail Customers and Personal Independent Associates.
In addition, your 2x2 Matrix can be filled with the Retail Customers and/or Independent
Associates of OTHERS as well.
In the illustration below, a person who appears in a Blue Square is one of your Retail Customers
or Personal Independent Associates. (This person purchased the Product Package from YOUR
website). A person who appears in a Yellow Square is a Retail Customer or Independent
Associate of someone else (This person purchased the Product Package from the website of
someone else.)

5. You Will Earn a $600.00 Cycle Commission If Your Matrix Looks Like This:
In this example, Tom and Eric purchased the LGN Prosperity Product Package from YOUR
website. Therefore they are your Retail Customers or Personal Independent Associates (Blue
Squares).
However, Mike and Barb purchased the Product Package from the website of Tom. Therefore
they are the Retail Customers or Independent Associates of Tom (Yellow Squares).
Subsequently, Jennifer and Ed purchased the Product Package from the website of Eric.
Therefore they are the Retail Customers or Independent Associates of Eric (Yellow Squares).
You will receive your $600.00 cycle commission regardless of the fact that any Retail Customer
and/or Independent Associate who appears in your matrix either purchased the Product Package
from YOU OR ANOTHER Independent Associate.
All that matters is that all 6 slots are FILLED with the names of Retail Customers and/or
Independent Associates in your 2x2 Matrix in order for you to receive your $600 Cycle
Commission.
In addition, you will receive a new LGN Travel Card each time a commission is generated.

6. One Cycle = Automatic Re-Entry Into A Brand New 2x2 Matrix
Every time you generate a completely filled 2x2 Matrix consisting of a total of 6 Retail Customers
and/or Independent Associates, you will automatically get assigned a brand new empty 2x2
Matrix. You can build an unlimited customer base with an unlimited number of 2x2 matrixes.
The moment you cycle, you now have an ADDITIONAL 2x2 Matrix working for you to help
accelerate your future $600.00 commissions as illustrated below:
Your New Second Matrix
(In Which You Will Work On Filling With
New Retail Customers and/or New Independent Associates):
This is commonly referred to as “Automatic Re-Entry”. The cost for this is $299.00 which already
includes the $30 Administration Fee to continue to utilize the LGN Business Builder System
(consisting of the business-building tools and live business trainings).
HOWEVER, the $299.00 “Automatic Re-Entry” cost was ALREADY automatically deducted from
you TOTAL commission of $1076.00. Here is the graphic breakdown to clarify:

8. Follow Me
Each of your Personal Independent Associates in any of your 2x2 Matrixes can strive to cycle and
earn their own $600.00 commissions. Every time one of your Personal Independent Associates
completes a cycle (generates a completely filled 2x2 Matrix for a $600.00 Commission), this
Personal Independent Associate will “Follow You” into the next available slot in your current
matrix.
In other words, ALL of your Personal Independent Associates have the ability to “Follow You” into
the next available slot of your current matrix at any time. This accelerates the rate at which you
can earn your own $600 Commissions.
Your New Second Matrix Is Now Starting to Fill from
Your Personal Independent Associates “Following You” From Your First Matrix:
As a reminder, when your new second matrix becomes completely filled with 6 Retail Customers
and/or Independent Associates, you will receive a SECOND Cycle Commission of $600.00. (Of
course, you will then “Re-Enter” into a THIRD New Matrix).

Passive Income Commission:
As you learned above, LGN Prosperity offers you the opportunity to earn passive income of

LGN Prosperity definition of “Passive Income” is the occurrence of earning commissions that
result from the direct business-building efforts of your Independent Associate base and/or your
Sponsor.
In addition, LGN Prosperity ALSO rewards you for the business-building efforts of your

Total Organizational Sales Bonus:
LGN Prosperity rewards your business activity of assisting your Personal Independent Associates
build their team. You will be qualified to receive this Bonus after you make your first two
Independent Associate sales. Upon qualification, you will receive a $30 TOSB from your 3rd sale,
and you will receive $15 from each of his/her first 2 sales, and $15 from each of the first 2 sales
on every level in this Powerline. The TOSB is available on every Powerline starting with your 3rd
Personal Independent associate sale allowing for unlimited width and depth.
In order to continue to receive your Total Organizational Sales Bonus on a monthly basis, you
must continue to meet a quota of One Personal Independent Associate each month.
LGN Prosperity Retail Commissions:
LGN Prosperity rewards you for acquiring Repeat Customers by providing you the opportunity to
earn a 40% Commission on all Repeat Travel Card Purchases from your website. In other words,
you will earn $107.60 per Repeat Retail Sale of the LGN Travel Card. LGN Prosperity defines the
term “Repeat Customer” as an individual who purchases the LGN Travel Card in Bulk from your
website. This poses an opportunity to have outside Business Owners utilize the LGN Travel Card
for the promotion of their products and/or services to their specific customer base.

10. LGN Prosperity Car Bonus:
LGN designed the LGN Prosperity Car Bonus program to assist you in driving the automobile of
your dreams. When you achieve any of the following Car Bonuses, you may use the bonus for
any reason you choose: To help pay your existing car note, or you may even use the LGN Car
Bonus to help make the payments for your dream car.
When you generate:
1 Cycle Per Week (or 4 cycles within a calendar month total)
You will receive a one-time Car Bonus of $250.00.
2 Cycles Per Week (or 8 cycles within a calendar month total)
You will receive a one-time $500.00 Car Bonus…
3 Cycles Per Week (or 12 cycles within a calendar month total)
You will receive a one-time $750.00 Car Bonus.
4 Cycles Per Week (or 16 cycles within a calendar month total)
You will receive a one-time CAR BONUS of $1,200.00
Commission Qualification Summary
In order to qualify for a Cycle Commission Payout and Passive Income Commission, the
Independent Associate is required to make two personal sales (One-Time Lifetime Qualification).
These sales can either be 2 Personal Retail Customers or 2 Personal Independent Associates –
or a combination of One Retail Customer and One Independent Associate.
Any “Unqualified Commissions” will be held in “Pending” until qualification is achieved.
In order to receive your Total Organizational Sales Bonus on a monthly basis, you must continue
to meet a quota of One Personal Independent Associate each month.
Note: The Car Bonus and TOSB are a bonus structure. If the bonus criteria is not met, no bonus
is earned for that month.
Since LGN Prosperity does not require you to enroll in a monthly autoship program, these
qualifications work to keep your Independent Associate base actively involved in the business.
How To Receive Your Fast Start Bonus, Total Organizational Sales Bonus and Car Bonus
Your LGN Prosperity Bonus Commissions will be sent to you during the month directly following
the end of the current month. Specifically, you will receive your LGN Prosperity Bonus
Commission on the Saturday that immediately follows the 15th of that month.
Depending on how you have set up your Commission information in your LGN Prosperity Back
Office, your Bonus Commissions will be sent to you via:
1) Physical Check (North America ONLY).
2) Loaded onto your Global Cash Card.
3) Loaded onto your AlertPay Account.

11. Your Company Recognition – “LGN Executive Title”
The LGN Recognition program is designed to add a professional touch to your LGN Business,
and to provide recognition for your accomplishments with your LGN Prosperity Business.
Below are the levels an Independent Associate can reach. Both qualifications have to be met.
(The phrase “Personal Customers” below refers to Retail Customers or Independent Associates –
or a combination of Retail Customer(s) and Independent Associate(s).)
First Level “Emerald Associate”: 1 Cycle and 2 Personal Customers.
Second Level “Ruby Manager”: 2 Cycles and 6 Personal Customers.
Third Level “Sapphire Leader ”: 5 Cycles and 18 Personal Customers.
Fourth Level “Pearl Executive”: 8 Cycles and 30 Personal Customers.
Fifth Level “Presidential Diamond”: 12 Cycles and 50 Personal Customers.
