SUMMARY: In my various working portfolios I’ve been intricately involved in the design,
development, set up, opening and operations of all aspects of Hotels, Casinos,
Food & Beverage, Convention Centres, Entertainment & Leisure. My portfolio
includes General Management at our flagship resort and executive Surveillance
& Corporate Security duties for the Peermont Group with 28 years experience
in a legislated compliance environment.
I am confident in my performance in any duties my portfolios have brought and
regard myself as a hands-on manager believing in a close working relationship
with front line personnel. I describe my management style as fair and consistent
with a strong flair for team work. I believe management performance is only as
strong as the team’s support.
I am highly adaptable regarding any new life challenges and regard them as an
adventure. My career growth over the past 10 years is a clear indication of my
ambition and drive to succeed in everything I am responsible for. My
commitment to long hours is dictated by my ambition.
