Introduction
This report is a summary of your strengths and areas for coaching and development based on your responses to the items in the
workstyle assessment. The report is focused around six main dimensions addressing different aspects of your workstyle . Keep in mind as
you read your report that higher scores are not necessarily better than lower scores. There are positive and negative implications
