 Tai Chi originated as a martial art in 13th century China
 Our program is based on the Yang style of Tai Chi,
which is known for its slow, gentle, and relaxing
movements
 Widely practiced for its health benefits
 Increase energy
 Relieve joint pain
 Increase strength and mobility
 Improve balance; decrease the risk of falls and injury
 Relieve stress and improve mood
 Low-impact, safe and easy-to-follow seated workout
 Relaxation and meditation music (mixed with classic
favorites for a boost in energy!)
 Use of advanced sound system and microphone
 Instructors are educated and attentive; listens to and
accommodates the needs of each participant
 Our class can improve the health and mood of your
residents
 Friendly and energetic instructors build relationships
with each participant
 We partner with each Activities Director to meet the
specific needs of your clients
 Residents look forward to seeing us!
