promise.
• Unclear communication with the client will definitely cause
problems.
• Freelancers should specifically be aware about what formats
the client wants the output to be in.

• He must provide the kind of quality that he is expecting, how
much time is available for the work to be completed, to
whom the presentation is being designed for, and what the
