Organizations must choose the right tools for the level of Retention, Trust, Impact, and Communication that they desire. Using the wrong type of technology can be ineffective and non-impacting. For example, would Instant Messaging be the appropriate technology for a company wide meeting? Or would travelling to meet a client be the best use of your time if you just needed a a few questions answered?
