• Responsibilities include planning, coordinating and managing of all volunteer programs
• Provide direct supervision, scheduling and evaluation of volunteers and recruit volunteers to support the
administrative, clinical and outreach needs of the organization
• Coordinate support and education meetings and provide emotional support and problem-solving skills to
volunteers and placement situations.
• Assure that volunteer documentation meets the requirements for accuracy and timeliness; and that
documentation reflects continuity of care and level of care, billing requirements, patient/caregiver needs, and

• Managed the opening and closing of client’s charts and for completing the quarterly and annual reports (Denied,
approved, pending, etc.)
• Generated the monthly Petty Cash Report and the Monthly House Census report and maintained the Master

• Evaluated clients financial status to determine Share of Cost as well as Annual Liability, using the Uniform Method
