John Forrest National Park is the oldest national park in Western Australia, established in 1898. Located 26km from Perth, it covers 1,577 hectares and is home to kangaroos, echidnas, wallabies and over 200 bird species. Visitors can enjoy picnic areas, walking trails, waterfalls, and camping in the jarrah and marri forests. The park aims to educate students on local nature through trails and activities.
