Our Story

Spider Social Media was born from a need to get to grips with Social Media Marketing as a small
business entity, the tenacity of an IT professional based in the UK and the aims of a South African
Company to develop a commercially sustainable organisation that could act as an employment
incubator for new graduates.

Social Media is one of fastest growing online marketing channels and represents a huge opportunity
for businesses of all sizes.

The Spider Social Media Process
•

We will develop a social media marketing strategy and put forward 3 month, 6 month and 12
month goals.

We will explain to you how the various social media platforms work together, how this can be
integrated into your existing processes and adapted to meet your requirements.

Spider will review your current management of social media and define how we will work along
side your existing marketing team.

•

From the initial process we will provide a comprehensive proposal within 2 weeks.

•

Following any required changes and approval, we will implement the agreed strategy and begin
posting content within 2 weeks.

•

Social Media Management is highly dynamic. We will continue to develop the strategy with you
as your Social Media develops. This is done during meeting with account managers WEEKLY
with a full report produced every month.
