This document outlines the goals, planning, and coaching for a mobile application development program occurring from March to April 2014. The goals are to understand the mobile economy, increase technology and business skills, learn by building an original mobile app, and pitch the project. The planning includes workshops on mobile technology, entrepreneurship, UX, and marketing in March, followed by a hackathon. In April there are sessions on a business case, prototyping, pitching, rehearsal, and a final demo day. Coaching will be provided with one coach per team for weekly 90-minute meetings.
