LuLu International Shopping Mall is the largest shopping mall in the city of Kochi & South India. It is built on
17 acres of land with 17, 00,000 sq ft (160,000 m2) of gross leasable area. A premium five-star, 20-story,
300-room hotel managed by Marriott Hotels is also located on the mall premises. The mall contains more
than 250 outlets including food courts, restaurants, family entertainment zones, a nine-screen multiplex, ice
skating rink and a 24-lane bowling alley. The estimated cost for this project is more than INR 16 billion.

B: From January 2010 to June2013
K. Raheja Corp (Inorbit Malls India Pvt. Ltd)
Designation: Manager (Retail Design & Delivery) & Site architect for Mixed used development
Job Profile:
- Coordinating with various national & International brand Design teams & consultants for their licensed unit
Retail designs, MEP services and Fit-outs at Inorbit Malls Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore and Vadodara

I. Inorbit Mall Whitefield, Bangalore(Gross Leasable area – 3,40,000 Sft)
- Inorbit Mall is a chain of Malls which is a subsidiary of K. Raheja Corp. Inorbit Whitefield is a comparatively
smaller Mall with built up area of 6, 00,000 sft attached to Marriot Hotel & IT building which present in IT
Hub of Bangalore. It contains around 100 stores including Anchors, food court & Restaurants. The
estimated cost for this project is more than INR 3 billion.
II. Inorbit Mall Cyberabad, Hyderabad(Gross Leasable area – 5,90,000 Sft)
- Inorbit Cyberabad is the biggest malls among Inorbit chains and also biggest in Hyderabad and is located
at Madhapur, Hyderabad.
The mall is spread over 15, 00,000 sq. ft area and is systematically and scientifically designed. The mall
has a total of 220 outlets which consists of national and international brands including food courts,
restaurants, family entertainment zones, a six-screen multiplex and a 24-lane bowling alley. The estimated
cost for this project is more than INR 5 billion.
III. Inorbit Mall PUNE, PUNE(Gross Leasable area – 4,60,000 Sft)
Inorbit Pune is one of the biggest malls in Pune and is located at Viman Nagar, Pune.
The mall is spread over 8, 00,000 sq. ft area. The mall has more than of 240 outlets which consists of
national and international brands including food courts, restaurants, family entertainment zones, a six-
screen multiplex. The estimated cost for this project is more than INR 4 billion.
