BeatMatched will focus on dating an open social media platform rather than a limiting it to a dating site
BeatMatched helps people with the same music tastes connect to date, hang out, enjoy concerts, create local bands, and will provide incentives as rewards to users.
From the received feedback, we believe this is not only a viable business plan but also a very lucrative model which we as a team can successfully bring to market and that will attract 100,000+ users in the first year and generate cash flow immediately.
-Currently we are developing the beta site which will be tested on the applicants of the survey as we have collected their e-mails to use as beta testers
Our current customer analysis is an international market which is feasible based on the success of similar networking platforms such as Facebook and Spotify as well as dating platforms such as Plentyoffish and Okcupid.

5. HOW BEATMATCHED WILL WORK
BeatMatched will be a free service that allows users to
create a profile that includes pictures, a bio and interests.
The main requirement will be that upon joining users list
their favorite genres of music, favorite artists, all of which
will determine their BeatMatching factors.
The site will then provide users with the option to meet new
people based on their similar musical interests.
Users will also have the option to solely post their own
music and find new music by exploring what others post.
Using youtube links to allow the user to choose from any
song on the internet and will not require any uploads.
6. COMPETITOR ADVANTAGE
Sites like Facebook, Myspace and Google+ have become
saturated with political opinions, personal problems and
pictures of babies or pets.
Dating sites such as OkCupid or PlentyOfFish can be
overwhelming with their constant messages and creepy
stalkers who are purely interested in sexual relationships.
BeatMatched offers a place where you can simply enjoy
music together, interact respectfully and focus on what you
love. It gives you the opportunity to contact others and
develop the type of relationship they seek.
7. PYSCHOLOGICAL & HISTORICAL
Music has the power to bring people together, uniting us in
a positive way. The human brain is programmed to seek
similar interests to establish a connection. When users
receive messages and incentives dopamine is released
making people happy and continue using.

celebrations, creates memories and allows people to join
one another to connect on a higher level.

BeatMatched will integrate both Facebook and Spotify into
our service allowing users to add the songs and interests
from these sites to automatically update their BeatMatched
profile easily and quickly making their experience better.
What we hope to provide that these other sites do not offer
is real world and international interaction. Through
incentives like prizes and discounts we will encourage
BeatMatches to attend events together and allow you to
meet people no matter where you go.
If a user visits another city/country BeatMatched will allow
them to casually find people to attend concerts or share
music with improving their life and accelerating networking.

10. USER FEEDBACK DEMOGRAPHIC
Using Obsurvey.com to create on online survey we polled
33 people and will continue to monitor up to 100 users to
gain insight into the market and get feedback on services.

- From market research we perceive the majority of
revenue will come from advertising sources. Utilizing
Google Adwords and targeted marketing sales to generate
the majority of the revenue source.
- We will develop affiliate relationships with ticket sales
sites and venues which the business will make a

- In our market research comparative site PlentyOfFish
founded by Markus Friend in 2003 now brings in over
$300,000 a month solely from Adwords.
