Function & Working Principle:

Installation and Adjustment:
Installation
As soon as the machine is placed where it is going to work, mount the
machine if needed, the machine must stand on a level surface, otherwise
which would affect operation.
Checking before running
1、Level surface is required for the machine.

3、Whether Mesh cloth is placed smoothly.
4、Whether clamps are tightened.
5 、 Whether the space between feeding pipe and mesh cloth surface is
enough.
6、Whether the machine is touched with other unrelated objects.
Matters needing attention when running
1、Whether there is abnormal noise.

If there is no problem in all matters as mentioned
above, now you may put a few materials to be
handled into the center of the sieve to see its flow
direction, angle, speed and capacity in order to adjust
the machine accordingly.

4. 1.Adjust phase angle between top and bottom
weights.
2.Add or reduce weight to top and bottom weights.
3.Place rubber balls and rings.
Mesh cloth replacement guidance
1 、 Loose the clamp and remove sieve frame, take
down the broken mesh cloth.
2、 Place a new mesh cloth on the supporting net, put
back the sieve frame, align the new mesh cloth from
all around with hands, clamp the edge of sieve frame
and under frame from both opposite sides with two
combination pliers respectively.
3 、 Put back clamp ring, remove combination pliers
and tighten clamp screws.
4 、 Knock all around with a soft hammer equably,
tighten the copper screw nut, that is it.
Replacement of supporting net guidance
If supporting net got broken, you may repair it by

our company for repair. A back-up supporting net is
highly suggested.
Trouble Shooting
1、Motor bad running

（ 3 ） Wrong configuration of eccentric weights:Heavier one---top, light
one---bottom.
Mesh cloth got broken often
（1）Material feed direct to the mesh cloth surface------Use buffering device.
（ 2 ） Mesh cloth is not aligned properly------Remove the mesh cloth and
redo it.
（3）Supporting net got broken------Replace it.
（4）Rubber leg got worn thin------Replace.
Outlet got cracked
（1）Connecting pipe too heavy------Isolated it with outlet.
