Seasonal landscape
The design intends to create a central courtyard with seasonal landscape to feature the poetic and beaty of changing landscape through different seasons. Maple trees are
planted in grid form with grating to maximize the movement and useable space under the trees. Seasonal change of the trees creates interest to the space and adds a vibrant
touch to the hospital. It is visible from the main entrance of the hospital and act as the frontal image to the Chiba University Hospital. Apart from that, an evergreen garden is
featured on the right side of the central courtyard. Planted with lush green vegetation, it provides intimate spaces for the users
