4. 深受太阳能光伏产业迅猛发展的激励，以及日本住友商社
对他的期许和信任，创始人邹承慧先生于2006年3月在
江苏省江阴市成立了爱康集团。爱康自成立以来，凭借着
前瞻的战略视野，一步步实现着稳健而成功的战略转型，
迅速成长为中国新能源产业的龙头企业。
爱康集团现有员工4500名，下属子公司50余家，旗下子
公司爱康科技于2011年8月15日在深圳证券交易所成功
上市（股票代码002610）。2014年集团资产突破一百亿
元，并建立成以上海和苏州为两大管理中心，直属机构辐
射全国重点省市的管理布局，以及遍布全球80多个国家和
地区的销售服务网络。

Inspired by the rapid development of the solar photovoltaic
industry, as well as Japan's Sumitomo Corporation’s
expectations and trust,Mr. Cherish Zouset up Akcome Indus-
trial Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Akcome
Group) in March 2006in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province. By
making the strategic transformation in a stable and wise
way, Akcome Grouphas rapidly grown toone of the Chinese
leadingnew energy enterprises.
Akcome Group has more than 4,500 employees and 50
subsidiaries, and its subsidiary Akcome Technology has
been successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange
(Stock Code: 002610) since August 15, 2011. In 2014,
Akcome Group built the layout with Shanghai and Suzhou as
management centers as well as many directly-affiliated
institutions in key cities, and developed a sales network in
more than 80 countries and regions.

We take market as the orientation, meeting the needs of
professional clients as the objectives, and strive to build the
Akcome new technology innovation implementation platform
with national key high-tech enterprises as the carrier. Our R&D
covers new materials of thin film, photovoltaic energy storage,
photovoltaic technology applications and research. We
maintain close cooperation with well-renowned universities,
multiple famous certification bodies and testing organizations,
and have obtained a total of nearly 300 patents, including 9

阳能光伏电站的投资、开发建设及运营维护管理，致力于打通
光伏电站的全产业链。爱康集团目标投资全国5%的光伏电站，

Akcome Group, one of the largest non-public solar photovoltaic
power enterprises in China, specializes in the investment, development
as well as construction and operation management of photovoltaic
power station. It is committed to open up the whole industry
chain of photovoltaic power station. With the vision to be the
biggest comprehensive operator of photovoltaic power plants
and leading system integrator in China, Akcome targets to make
investments in 5% of the nationwide photovoltaic power

13. By taking the UHV national electricity plan of "three verticals
and three horizontals, two crosses and one straight" as the
guide, and relying on a wealth of experience in power plant
investment and extensive social resources, we carry out devel-
opment and construction of large ground-based photovoltaic
power plants and distributed power station. Currently, our
power plants businesses cover Eastern China, Central China,
Northern China, Southwestern China and Northeastern China.
By 2014, we have grid-tied 510MW and realized electricity sales
revenue of 202 million, lying a foundation for Akcome Group
ranking top 3 in holdings of power plants among private
companies in the country. Total holdings of power plants of
Akcome Group are predicted to reach more than 3GW in the
next two year. By that time, Akcom Group will infiltrate into the
power industry and lead A shares.

为指引，依托丰富的电站投资经验以及广泛的社会资源，进
行大型地面光伏电站和分布式电站业务的项目开发和建设。
目前电站业务布局覆盖了华东、华中、华北、西南、西北、
东北等区域。2014年累计并网510MW，实现电力销售收入
2.02亿元，奠定了爱康在民营企业中全国电站持有量排名第
三的地位，未来两年爱康预计电站持有总量将超过3GW，全

15. During the operation of solar photovoltaic power stations, natural wear and IC part
damage caused by human reason might reduce power generation by more than 50%.
Through professional operation and maintaining, the actual volume of power generation
can be increased. With the vision of reducing WLCC of power plants and retaining the
value of solar assets,Zhongkang O&M affiliated to Akcome Group, is committed to
offering core businesses including professional photovoltaic operation, maintaining and
custody.Zhongkang O&M has plans for operation of 10GW hyper scalestations. Also, it
intends to manage 20% of the nationwide photovoltaic power stations in the future.

manufacturer which can manufacture and supply differen-
tiated products with 0.3mm thickness and yielding smaller
