various judicial offices (courts) to remedy breaks in the chain of title, find any
judgments, liens, etc. that could be on the property. Both of the above
positions also required me to interact with our clients to answer questions, give
estimated or actual times for completion of their requests. Used Fax machines,
copiers, scanners, telephones and different Microsoft Office programs, such as
Word, Excel and Outlook to perform tasks.

Title Abstractor (OCT 2005 TO OCT 2013)
Responsibilities included searching multiple city Municipalities to conduct
residential and commercial land title reports, as well as investigate within various
judicial offices to remedy breaks in those title chains. Retrieved and recorded
public documents with proper authorities. Retrieved property tax information
and on occasion also paid those taxes for clients. Used telephones, fax machines,
copiers, computer programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook to input, send and
answer questions for our clients. While searching for information was my first priority.
Customer service was indeed a very important aspect to my job. Explaining to
clients where we were at as to their requests and if there were anything that
could hold up the finished product was very important.
