Tasks:
1.1 I will assist clients in connecting with community resources and help make referrals to community based services until May,
2015.
1.2 I will practice self-reflection about my experiences at the County and Hillside on my commute home after every session until
May, 2015.
1.2 I will process my experience after every client visit or interaction with the Social Worker that I am shadowing until May , 2015.
1.3 I will strictly observe EAGALA sessions staying within the boundaries set and not verbally participate in front of the client, but
offer ideas and questions at the end of each session with the staff until December, 2014. (HHTH)
1.4 I will adhere to the Counties guidelines for attire and dress in business causalclothing until May 2015.
1.5 I attended Part 1 & 2 training for EAGALA certification, an ongoing process for best practice in equine therapy on Oct. 23-25,

1.6 I will meet with Marcy individually every other week to discuss questions,concerns,and new ideas I have while being in their

4.2 I wrote a diversity paper on my own self-awareness about cultural competency in October, 2015 and sent it to my supervisorto
review.
4.3 I will interview someone who is an Arab American and write a paper explaining my experience learning about a culture
different then my own. I then will share this with my field supervisorbefore May, 2015.
4.4 I will attend home visits with clients in order to observe and learn multiple ways to work with diverse clients until Dec. 2014.
