business totaling over $100 million in savings. Analyzed business and technology data and identified initiatives to enhance

 Promoted reengineering methodologies and Lean engineering techniques to solve business challenges, improve customer
experience and foster operational efficiency. Collaborated with teams across Operations, Technology, Compliance and

$5 million from 90 days to 72 days, improving Citi’s position in the marketplace.
