- RefworldWhen you access Case Law page, you can narrow results by choosing “publisher” (which is list of courts or jurisdictions) or by “country” of asylum. If I want to see asylum cases from the High Court of Australia, I click Publisher tab and then the court.I can narrow my search. If I want Australian case involving Afghan claimants only, I click the Country tab…and select Afghanistan.Similarly, I can browse all the IACHR cases or I can narrow that down to IACHR involving Peru.
